    Attack the building …
    Attack the building with a worker, and then drag the worker back to your base so the rest of the comp’s workers follow. That way, he’s not mining.

    You should still train some macro and micro at the same time this way. This will allow you to either focus his workers with your own if you’re Terran (SCV has more health), or build basic attack units and send them at the enemy comp. Sorry, I have this problem where I’m not as clear as I would like to be sometimes.

    Attack the computer’s building with a WORKER?? See I would have never thought of attacking anything with a worker unless its a last line of defense.

    Play 1v1 Challenger …
    Play 1v1 Challenger, then attack the COMPs building with your 4th worker, while gathering with the other two. Keep building like.. Barracks and stuff, and then attack with like.. a Marine or something.

    This will NOT work on humans LOL.
